How To Register For Classes

1. Look over our schedule and choose the class or classes that you prefer.

2. CLICK HERE to download a registration form and complete brochure from this web site.  There are two registration forms available.  One is a PDF form that you can print out and either mail to us, or deliver in person.  The other is a Microsoft Word form that you can fill in and send via e-mail.

3. Complete BOTH SIDES of the registration form and return it to us, either in person or by mail.   You may also register by phone or e-mail using Visa, Mastercard, or American Express.

When indicating the classes you desire on the registration form, please use the 5 digit code for each class that is printed on the schedule.

If you are registering for ANNUAL CLASSES, you must include a check for the Annual Registration Fee ($30.00 per pupil), plus the last month's tuition payment. For SUMMER CLASSES, you send only a deposit of $25.00 per student for classes or $50 per student for camps. This is a part of the total summer tuition.

Registration fees and/or summer deposits are non-refundable. We cannot hold class space for a pupil until the appropriate registration fees or deposits are paid.
